Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of xbundle, operated by DevOps Crowd Inc. By installing or using xbundle from the Shopify App Store, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use xbundle on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
2. Service description
xbundle lets you build fixed bundles, multipacks, mix and match, and frequently bought together offers, run discounts, let an AI agent build bundles from your order history, place native storefront widgets and a checkout upsell, and measure performance with analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Eligibility and your account
You need an active Shopify store to use xbundle. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for any connected services, including any AI provider key you choose to use. You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Plans, pricing, and payment
xbundle offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans that are usage based, with every feature included on every plan. Paid plans include a 14 day trial. During early access, founding merchants lock in lifetime founder pricing. Billing is handled through Shopify. Limits are soft and do not stop your live storefront from selling. If you bring your own AI provider key, any usage costs are billed to you directly by that provider.
5. Early access
xbundle is offered during an early access period. The service is provided as is and as available, features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during this period. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service running and your data safe.
6. Acceptable use
You must use xbundle for lawful commerce purposes and comply with all applicable laws, the Shopify terms, and consumer protection and pricing-display rules in your markets. You are responsible for the products, prices, bundles, and discounts you offer, and for ensuring your offers and any messaging are accurate and lawful. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
7. Your data and content
You retain ownership of your store data, your catalog, your uploaded knowledge, and your customer data. You grant us a limited license to access and process that data solely to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train foundation models.
8. Intellectual property
xbundle, including its software, design, and content, is owned by DevOps Crowd Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app while your account is active. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.
9. Third-party services
xbundle works with third-party services, including Shopify and the AI provider you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Costs charged by a provider you connect are your responsibility.
10. Disclaimers
xbundle is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that bundles will increase your sales or that results are guaranteed, as outcomes depend on your store, products, and pricing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xbundle and DevOps Crowd Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevOps Crowd Inc. from claims arising out of your use of xbundle, your products and offers, your discounts and pricing, your content, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using xbundle and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the app ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and your continued use of xbundle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
